Teachers and students take the online CFF/EETT surveys. The principal monitors participation, ensuring that all surveys are completed during the designated window.

Year 1 - free to school districts
Year 2, 3, 4, and 5 - cost is unknown; service will cost $1,000/district or $4,000/district if fewer school districts buy-in
Tech Directors must set-up through LDAP (must register each school district)
